Philip has more than 48-years of experience in the property casualty insurance industry. He became the leading partner of the Canadian operations of Lowndes Lambert, whereby from 1990–2010 he grew Lowndes Lambert's Canadian operation into a highly successful national firm with eight offices across Canada. Philip supervised the growth of business in excess of $115 million and managed all branches to a position of profitability. He orchestrated the Canadian buyout of Lowndes Lambert’s British parent to form a 100-percent Canadian company.
Philip worked with domestic and international insurance organizations throughout the 1960s until 1976. From 1976-1990 Philip was the key manager at Johnson & Higgins that spearheaded and energized the Canadian operations of this large international insurance brokerage increasing revenues by more than five fold, and simultaneously creating their first highly successful National Marketing Division.

Frank has more than 35 years of experience in property/casualty retail brokerage – focusing on sales and client service – across Manitoba, Alberta and BC. After becoming Managing Partner of Western Canada for Lowndes Lambert, Frank successfully developed Lowndes Lambert’s operations in Edmonton and Calgary from a standstill to achieving record profits over an 18-year period.
Frank is one of the founding partners of LL Renaissance.
Glen has more than 43 years of experience in the property/casualty industry in Canada. Glen was the sales manager at Johnson & Higgins' Toronto head office and he was Lowndes Lambert's Toronto branch manager for nearly 20 years. His dedication to customer service helped propel Toronto to become Lowndes Lambert's biggest and most successful branch in Canada. Glen has an outstanding service acumen and track record to ensure long term relationships with clients and underwriters.
Mark has more than 19 years of experience in the property/casualty industry starting in Edmonton, Alberta with Aon and eventually with Lowndes Lambert where he was promoted to the position of Marketing Manager for Alberta. He helped manage an automobile stock insurance company in Alberta with an expertise in compliance and regulatory items. In 2009 Mark relocated to Toronto to lead National Marketing to focus on more international risks, as well as work with all of its Canadian branches to provide marketing assistance and expertise.
Mark is a managing partner of LL Renaissance with national responsibilities for Marketing and Administration.
Dana has more than 43 years experience in property/casualty sales and service in Western Canada, including periods with Marsh, Johnson & Higgins, Federated, and subsequently 16 years at Lowndes Lambert. His outstanding service acumen has allowed him to produce a large book of business with stellar retention rates and client satisfaction.

Craig brings more than 48 years of Sales, Management, Training and Consulting experience to the LL Renaissance team. As the co-founder of a very successful automobile dealership in Alberta he achieved top margin recognition in Canada. Craig's track record is the envy of his peers. From his British Columbia and Alberta roots – which now extends into Atlantic Canada – Craig's knowledge and experience is a natural fit for LL Renaissance in the automotive and transportation sectors in Canada.
